1970. I know... but I just thought I'd include this because it was pretty much Disney's most memorable movie and song of the '70s. It was remade by Brian Setzer in '96.
This list, like the ones I did for the '80s and '90s, are in no particular order. Also, I was born in 1980, so this list may be inaccurate. Email me if you like! These lists were pretty fun! Maybe we'll see sites for the '50s, '60s and '00s someday ('00s can wait)!

WOW, what a song!
- 3. Tuesday's Gone by Lynyrd Skynyrd
Again you gotta wonder what more could have been done.
- 2. Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd
What an impact these guys had.
- 1. Stairway To Heaven by Led Zeppelin
How can this not be #1 on everyone's list? It makes no sense.
It's not fair some of the songs that didn't get included on this list. But if a band has a song on here, it probably should have more of their songs on here as well. Example: Pink Floyd, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Clapton, Hendrix. Black Sabbath just missed out on this list. The 70's were the best decade for music. The Beatles aren't on here because they were 60's . Most rock and roll bands now suck.
