- 10. Willi Wonka And The Chocolate Factory
My favourite film as a kid! This is every child's dream, flying elevators, rivers of chocolate, furniture you can eat, appearing on TV, bubble gum that tastes of entire meals, magic eggs, and being able to fly.
- 9. Superman
A classic! Exciting adventure, with great characters and good effects for its time. Louis Lane is a looker.
- 8. Grease
The best musical of all time. You will never go to a party or disco without hearing a song from Grease! John Travolta and Olivia are fantastic.
- 7. One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest
Sad, funny, dramatic, Jack Nicholson. What more could you ask for in a movie?
- 6. Jaws
DEAR LORD...prepare to be scared before watching this! You will never look at the ocean in the same way, ever again.
- 5. The Exorcist
A little girl, lying in bed, screaming, shouting, levitating, puking, crying, whilst yelling abuse in that deep croaky voice and with rotting skin...if you haven't seen this film you haven't lived.
- 4. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Another highly disturbing, scary and exciting movie, very simple, low budget, grainy, gritty, nasty flick about a family of Cannibals. You will hear the roar of that chainsaw for hours after watching the film.
- 3. Halloween
Very tense and scary, a horror classic. Although it doesn't deserve as much cred as Black Christmas, which came before it.
- 2. Black Christmas
A highly underrated, outstanding slasher film. Terrifying, tense, humurous in places, a crazed killer, harassic phone calls, great characters and great acting.
- 1. A Clockwork Orange
Very disturbing, but brilliantly done. Once you start watching you can't take your eyes off the film, despite how much you may want to.
WORST FILM of the 70s...Last House on the Left. Sick, bad acting, terrible music, awful characters, bad script, disturbing as hell. Horribly unnessecary.

Notice that the Godfather movies are not at all in my list. I find all the Godfather films boring to watch, Goodfellas is a film that mocks the Godfather films brillantly.
