Description
Glow-in-the-dark Casper doll that had glow-in-the-dark "chips" that came out of it. Can't remember the object of the game.

Found an image of this game. Schaper Toys came out with it in 1974. A single AA-size battery was needed to make Casper light up. The only other vintage Casper was the Milton Bradley board game from 1960.
