My brother had one around 1974, it didn't last very long, sadly. However the deflated clown punching bad still had value! We would wrestle each other for it and the loser would get the weighted bottom thumped to the head as the winner would swing the bag around like a baseball bat. Ah that thing was great.
u can still get them today-with different characters on them. a great cheap gift to buy for a 2-4 yr old as they run into them and fall over with them-just kind of riding them down to the ground and then back up. they go for 5 or 6 bucks on sale and wont last long but youll be the favorite aunt for the few hours u r visiting for christmas.they usualy break after youve left.by then the parents are glad to see it go.
I had a Batman one that I kept in my room, unfortunately my sister's boyfriend punched it one day and his ring put a hole in it. That was the end of Batman.
