Description
This is a red plastic bumble bee pen. You can change the colors of ink in it. 1968-1970 toy..I am interested in one in mint condition or at least works... Thanks for any help.. Richelle

The 1968 Sears Wishbook lists the Bizzy Buzz Buzz for $2.44, with a set of ink refills for 59 cents. Made by Ohio Arts, Buzzy was aimed at preschoolers to kindergarteners, teaching them how to draw. The user could select one of four color pens inside to draw with.

I remember Busy Buzz Buzz as an electric safety scissors - plugged in, was black and red - probably 1958-1960 maybe? I really loved those
