Description
A life-size baby doll that had long red hair. There was a string on her back that you could pull to make her hair shorter.

I love Baby Chrissy! I was 5 years old when I got her. I am 39 and I still have her!
I love Baby Chrissy ,too! I was very young when I got her, now Im 41 and still have her, too.
I loved my baby Chrissy, She was my all time favorite doll. When I got older and felt I should not be playing with dolls anymore, I gave her to my sister Sally. With in 1 day she cut her hair and wrote on her face with pen. I was and still am I quess, upset.
We have one we call Jeannie and adopted another from ebay we call Crissy. They have the same markings 1970/1971 head/body, but look very different. Jeannie has a huge head and Crissy has a smaller more natural looking head. Jeannie's hair is darker and the texture is very different. Crissy's hair looks like her head was protected, as the hair looks brand new.
Arms, legs look the same but Crissy has Nipples and Jeannie's baby bumps are smooth lol.
The only other Crissy Doll I've seen is a friends. She looks exactly like Jeannie. Anyone else see this?

I still have my baby Chrissy doll. I got her Christmas 1976 when I was 10. You never saw a more cleaner baby doll than mine since I gave her a bath and washed her red hair every day, lol. My sister got mad at me and cut her bangs but thankfully left her ponytail in tact. I have her my closet and can't imagine parting with her. She was one of the best toys I ever got as a kid.
I got my Baby Chrissy doll when I was 5. I am now 41 and I still have her. She was my favorite doll. I also had the Cinnamon doll. And I had Holly Hobbie and Raggedy Ann. I also had a few Dawn dolls-I wound up breaking off their legs as I was always trying to make them dance.
I got my Baby Chrissy doll for Christmas 1978 and like so many of you ladies I still have her. I was the youngest so I never had to share her with anyone. I keep her in my spare bedroom.
I got mine in 75 I was 6 years old I kept her till a fire took her in 1995 im looking for a good deal on one if any one knows please let me know : )
