Comments left:	On the Chicago scene: Another Wyler's radio commercial, with a disco sound but same "walk over to Wyler's" slogan. This, from May, 1975 on WLS with Bob Sirott, who recently retired after a 45 year broadcasting career. Started on FM (1971), worked at WLS (1973-79), WTTW (PBS TV)and WMAQ TV. In 1993, WFLD TV replaced its morning cartoon block with "Fox Thing in the Morning" with Sirott and wife, Marianne, hosting for 11 years. He then replaced Walter Jacobsen (demoted following DUI arrest) as 9 O'clock news co-anchor until retirement. Other commercials on the WLS air check were for Playback, the Electronic Playground. Also, United Airlines, CTA, Gulliver's Restaurant, Stri-Dex acne wipes, and others.
