I fondly remember the orange wax haloween whistle. I can still feel the chill of autum winds, the rustle of leaves as i walk along the route home from school and i can still hear that shrill melodic wowee whistle that signled the countdown to Halloween and tricker treating. I too would love to be able to purchase several of them before Halloween for my children, grand children and and siblings to share a fond memory. I too would pay more thatn they were worth for the experience. I believe that if they were offered at Halloween they would be sold out instantly.
