We loved these, they were called City Chicken at our local grocery stores in Southern California and widely vended (Market Masket, Lucky Market, Mayfair Market, el Rancho, Hughes and more...) when veal was inexpensive. When we had out-of-state guests mom would always serve the kids City Chicken, while the adults enjoyed cocktails and rumaki then would go out to dinner leaving us in the hands of a babysitter. We lived very close to Disneyland so constantly had guests who wanted to stay with us and visit Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Alligator Farm in Buena Park, etc....
