I remember playing with those, but not a one survived our very destructive games, we weren't nice kids. We also had a little storybook, where Mother What-now was trying to find cookies or kittens or something lost in a suitcase. My brother always read it in this very annoying singsong voice. Nobody in our nasty little circle liked the Downsies, or the spinning top ones.
