I had a lot of the figures, and the book that inspired/was based on them. The sun got too close to the earth while admiring the dandelions, they tickled his nose, he sneezed (the Great Kerchoo!) and as the seeds passed through the rainbow, they were changed into the Upsie Downsies. That's all I remember, but this is the first time I've found anything relating to them when I did a search, aside from ONE other person also doing a search. I KNEW I didn't imagine them!!!!
