What was this toy called? ... Early 70s this was a hotwheels-like set where the trucks and cars used little yellow straw-sized rubbers tubes as the roads (not the 2-inch wide track slats that Hotwheels used). They had a U-shaped guide underneath them that guided them along the track. You could layout the tubes into practically any road pattern.
