My brother & I are trying to remember the name of this game/toy: From the early '80s, had a large vinyl mat with some plastic mountains that would attach. There were small plastic characters like warlords and a guy with a ball & chain. I keep wanting to call it Dragon Riders but I know that's not right. The characters were about 2" tall or so, green (or maybe black & red??) and had a base on them. Help! :D
