Magooster, The human like figures you are asking about are HotWheels and they are called "Farbs" Fantastic Car Kooks. There were 4 that were actually sold: Hod Rodney, Hy Gene, Myles Ahead and Red Catchup. The others were prototypes. Peggy, The worm like creature you are asking about was called "Wooly Worm". It looked like fur on the top with leather/suede on the bottom to help it to curl. It did have eyes that were glued on that have the independent moving black centers.
