From the Sunday daytime TV vault, a crossover commercial which starts with Bullwinkle.(playing football) for Cheerios. While running to score a touchdown, he crashes into a goal post. The Trix rabbit takes over, climbing a mountain. At the top, a box of Trix. When rabbit reaches the peak, a boy swipes the cereal box. This aired during "Mister Ed" on CBS (10/11/64). Other sponsors were Johnson Wax and Union Carbide (Glad sandwich bags). Network promos for "20th Century" with Walter Cronkite and "Lassie." Years later, Alan Young voiced Seven-Zark-Seven in the cheap "Star Wars" cartoon parody, "Battle of the Planets."
