From the Saturday morning cartoon vault, The Rabbit finds a "magic lamp." He rubs it, and a box of Trix appears. A boy on flying carpet regains his lamp...and the Trix! This aired on "Hoppity Hooper" over ABC (2/13/65). Episode was "Traffic Zone" (parody of "Twilight Zone"). Paul Frees mimics Rod Serling's narrative. Hoppity (Chris Allen), Waldo (Hans Conried) and Fillmore (Bill Scott) enter an invisible intersection and become vegetables. The only way out is via a woman's garden. Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, Cheerios (Bullwinkle) and Sugar Jets among commercials. Ad Council PSA promoting use of Zip Codes for Post Office Dept. Network promo for "Flintstones."
