Comments left:	I can't believe this page exists. Over the years I have looked for news on Apple Toastettes and found nothing! I still remember the day in 1994 when I walked into a CVS or something and saw several boxes of my beloved Apple Toastettes on a markdown shelf. I bought all of them and couldn't believe it when they tasted the same as I remembered from my childhood. I had the same fantasy as another poster of having them fire up the oven to make a batch for me. It's the number one thing or food from my youth that I would bring back. There is nothing like it on the market, nothing anywhere near as good. Everything else tastes like cardboard next to the memory of an Apple Toastette. I agree that the flavor of the Newton Food Crisps is closest BUT it is still a hollow second place. Wow this page is great. Can anything be done? DO we have any Congresspeople in this group?
