From the Saturday morning cartoon vault, a TV spot for Toast 'Em Animal pastries. A cartoon with a safari hunter using a net to bag three different types. These were Cinnamon Lions, Berry Bears and Chocolate Elephants. This aired on "Hong Kong Phooey" over ABC (10/12/74). Scatman Crothers of "Chico and the Man" voiced Hong Kong, superhero dog who doubled as Henry, a janitor in a police station. Joe E. Ross voiced Sgt. Flint, and Julie Bennett as Rosemary Giddy, a policewoman on double duty as meter maid and switchboard operator. In several cartoons, she helped solve crimes, as well as rescue Hong Kong or Sarge out of danger. The series parodied "Kung Fu."
