I found a listing on ebay for a can of Tiger's Milk, and one of the photos shows the ingredients. Back in the WayBackWhen in Toronto, my mother used to take me to a healthfood store in one of the little streets off Yonge. That is the store I most associate with Tiger's Milk and fresh carrot juice (which I loved). I remember drinking Tiger's Milk, but I'm pretty sure it was also in the super-healthy pancakes Mum made me, porobably based on Adelle Davis writings (she had all her books). I was a very picky eater, and there was no way I ate breakfast, and lunch was a rarity, so she formulated a pancake recipe that would give me as much of my daily nutrients as possible in one meal. I remember the smell and taste of TM and those pancakes as though those days were still here, rather. than decades ago. Anyway, the ingredients... Plain Nutrition Booster is made from a combination of natural protein sources and contains: milk whey: protein from soy beans, non-fat dry milk solids; tricalcium phosphate (to provide the proper balance of calcium and phosphorus), a specially grown Brewer's yeast (a natural source of protein rich in vitamins and minerals): milk protein (8odium caseinate).
