Folks, by definition, Tiger's Milk is just milk with double the usual amount of milk solids (milk sugar & protein). All you need do to create it is make powdered milk according to its directions BUT, instead of using water, you use ordinary liquid milk of your choice (whole, 2$, etc). Add a sweetener of your choice (honey, molasses, non-caloric) & some vanilla extract and you have Tiger's Milk. If you add 2T of peanut butter, one cup of this supplies half of a daily dose of complete protein. Add 2T of oatmeal, ground to flour in your spice (coffee) grinder and you increase the protein by 1/3 and add fiber. Add an egg adds another 8 grams. Adding a frozen banana will thicken this to a milkshake consistency and add some great minerals. If you dislike the taste of powdered (non-fat) milk, use NIDO brand, which has the fat content of whole milk. This recipe is "dirt cheap" compared to ANY protein drink powder and, frankly, better tasting.
