I loved this stuff even though the lady who gave me the recipe did say even back in the 70's that the brewers yeast was becoming not as good as the original product when she first started using it. I drank it while pregnant with both the children. I did have the book with the original recipe in it and THREW it away how silly was I. Do have a recipe haven't got product's to make it but will be. Sick of feeling off as I am getting older.
