I remeber this stuff when I was a kid in fl. lost alot of wieght was a chunky kid ...went and live with my hippie aunt and uncle ...it was low fat milk some kind of malt(tiger mix) egg banana wheat grem it was new but I tired it and that was the best summer of my life I looked great had all kind og energy ...plus I was not allowed any kind of junk food ...I still drink it now but instead of tiger mix I use instand breakfast but maybe I need to check into these recipe
