Husband and I are changing to healthier eating. Remembered today that my great-uncle drank Tiger's Milk in the 70's and his hair turned back to its natural color, losing the white. So husband said look it up on the internet: found this site. I happen to have Adele Davis's Let's Get Well copyright 1965 (my mother-in-law gave it to me) Page 329 lists Fortified Milk, or pep-up. She fills up almost 2 pages for a variety of ways to make it. Makes a quart to be taken in 1/4 to 2/3 c. portions
