I never tasted Tigers Milk myself, but am trying to recreate a cookie that was formerly produced by a local bakery that is said to have had Tigers Milk in it. Can those of you who knew and loved Tigers Milk powdered beverage (assume the plain or vanilla version) describe the flavor for me? Was it yeasty at all? Malty? Nutty? Could you taste soy?
