I loved the Chicken Snack at Red Barn in Casper Wyoming! We had three Red Barns that changed in the 1980s to a local chain called Peaches. They kept the menu kind of the same but they got rid of the chicken in the late 80s I think. They had good mashed potatoes there. Peaches restaurants were still there as of 2002 but I don't know about now because I've lived in Denver since then. They did have great beer batter onion rings and THE BEST ranch dressing I've ever tasted.
