What I've been able to gather, the 1975 model of Teeter Totter clear face watches were made by Lakeside Toys, under license from Leisure Dynamics. I recall seeing earlier versions of these, with round faces, different color backing to mix with the silver or brass kids on the seesaw. Between 1966 and 1974, these were seen at department stores like Sears or Penney. A major watch manufacturer like Timex did not produce these. although they were priced about the same. Lakeside Toys was better known for selling Gumby, Pokey and Bozo bendable figures, plus the Barrel of Monkeys game in the late 1960s.
