Since Sherbet Ice Cream has been around for many generations, and Ice cream Companies know how to make it. Why not contact some of them and have them make the Sherbet into bars or blocks and coat them with chocolate. Since I have milk alergies and can't eat ice cream, but I can Sherbet. I would be first in line to buy them if they were avaliable in northern Ohio.
