I grew up near Concord, NH in the 60's and we called them Teddy Bars. I owned a country store later in life and we used to take Creamsicles and dip them in choc. ice cream dip and sell them. They weren't quite the same because the Creamsicle also has vanilla ice cream in them. Close but no Teddy.
