I too grew up in Manchester NH and could not wait for break time - went to Brown School and always bought Brownie Bars - they were the best and I wish someone would try making them again......heck they would make a fortune just from all of us born bck then - i was born in 56 so yup, right around kindergarden I started eating brownie bars.....I tried Edys orange sherbert with chocolate chips but it was not close - might give the sherbert with hot fudge a shot - had not thought of that one.........
