I remember Brownie Bars. In NH when I was growing up we also had H-Bars which had the orange sherbet inside and chocolate outside. They were my favorite ice cream bar. Here's a little secret on how to enjoy that flavor today but I warn you, it's addictive! Buy your favorite orange sherbet and some milk chololate Magic Shell. Scoop the sherbet into a bowl and cover with the Magic shell. I also brought a cake to work today that I call a "Brownie Bar" cake that is dark chocolate with an orange cream icing. It was an experiement and came pretty close to capturing that flavor we remember from our childhood.
