The pink and white icing cookies had an anise taste in the dough; were large and were delicious. I still look for them. Cup Custards on the other hand were absolutely the best cookies in the aisle. The key to their goodness was low sugar sand a flakey crumbly cookie with the icing. Whoever took over Sunshine and didn’t continue to preserve these recipes made a huge mistake. Especially now with the focus toward a healthier choice. All of these cookies mentioned above fit the bill.
