I am looking for information on a cookie we used to buy in the late fifties in western kansas. It was s shortbread cookie with chocolate stripes on top and the bottom was covered with an orange colored icing and a chocolate icing. My mother says the orange icing was on top. The cookie didn't have orange flavoring but it was really flavor able.
