The reason I got on this website was to find the name of my favorite Sunshine cookie. I see where people have mentioned it but no name. It was a rectangular shaped cookie with scalloped edges...it was not an oatmeal or molasses cookie..just plain and had a hard pink or white icing on top. The soft cookie with the hard icing was just the best...I would ride my bike to the store at night just to get them...anyone remember the name? I remember eating them in the mid 60's
