Please help our memories! My sister, mom and I are trying to remember the name/brand of a cookie from the 60's (we live in Midwest). They were square, dipped in a thin hard icing that was pink or white, with a twirl or curlique of icing in the center. We think the inside was a cakey type cookie, dark gingery flavor. There was a very very very thin layer of marshmallow maybe under the icing but mostly it was cake-type cookie and icing. Anyone know? Susan Porter, are these what you are thinking of? thanks :-)
