I remember my grams making this but I thought it was in late 70s as I was born in 1970...pb and carmel the best ...was my favorite she would make fosterfarms hotdogs and french fries and this for desert....when I was older I asked her about it but she didnt remember who the maker was....and that was back in 1990 or so...shes been gone awhile...still have a boiled hotdog and some fries to remind me of the great memories...
