I can remember my grandparents loading up their gigantic van with us grandchildren and driving us to the Collegetown"Dollar Cinema"(First run movies, 1 dollar admission).Winter of '78-79 I can remember seeing The Muppet Movie, Then seeing Grease 4 times! What does this have to do with Smoothies?Well, there was a Discount pharmacy next door to the cinema,and the trick was to stuff your pockets with as much bargain candy as you could so you don't have to buy the overpriced theatre candy.Long story short, this is how and where I discovered Smoothies,a neat change of pace from regular old Peanut butter cups!
