This toy was made by the company "Whammo" ; and it was a long-blue rectangular plastic sheet that you down on the gass; you attach a garden hose to the sheet (making it fill with water; and then the kids (lined - up one behind the other)would run up and flop on their bellies, making themselves slide across the sheet while getting wet. I've never had one, but I've seen how it's used.
