yesterday I took a bite of a vanilla LUNA bar and the flavor took me way back to a warm childhood memory. I knew it reminded me of something, but couldn't quite recall exactly what. It took a couple of hours before I remembered, yes!--that's it!--vanilla Shake-a-Puddin'! I've asked a few in my office of my generation if they remembered, and it seems I'm the only one who had was fortunate enough to have a mom who bought me that "space-age" treat! (wasn't everything cool in those days called "space-age"?)
