There seems to be some confusion about which chain people are talking about. Scotti's (not Scotty's) is who had the Big Scotchman, tacos, onion rings, tenderloins, pizza burgers, soft serve ice cream and more. I started in 1967 or 1968 at $1.00 per hour. My first night consisted of toasting buns on the flat top. I have a picture of the sign that I will try to attach to the picture gallery. It clearly shows Scotti's Hamburgers.
