I remember a Scotty's in Fairfield, IA and in Mt Pleasant, IA. They were very much like a Hardee's, and the one in Mt. Pleasant turned into a Hardee's. In Fairfield, it closed and Hardee's built a new building. Their sign was a Scottish lass in a kilt. They had a sandwich called a Junior that was very similar to a Big Mac, except it had one patty, and it was real meat, and you could find it, (almost a 1/4-pounder),and it tasted wonderful.
