Comments left:	I grew up in the suburbs of the Boston area in the early 60's and enjoyed the Devil dogs as a kid. I went to a family reunion up in New Hampshire back in 2007 and saw them in a convienance store and purchased a box. When I got back I had a hot cup of tea and opened a devil dog up to enjoy and I took one bite and spit it out on the plate and my dad said what was wrong with it and I told him it was tasteless and not as I remembered back in the 60's when it had such a wonderful taste with a lot less preservatives and a short shelf life. The cake was absolutely disgusting and the creme filling was lack luster and it also was scaled down from the original size. Very disappointing, I'm bummed out about the taste totally.
