Responding to baysadae's comment: It's debatable, Though I have never noticed in 34 So-Hi cartoons, his behaving like he's on drugs. The only peculiarity was the overdone dialect by the guy who voiced him (possibly Ed Graham, the producer). A third possible reason for So-Hi's sudden departure: That General Foods was phasing-out the "Linus the Lionhearted" characters (except Sugar Bear) upon notice that ABC-TV was yanking the show off (Thank you, A.C.T. for ruining Saturday mornings) in mid-1969.
