My home town (Racine, WI) had a RED BARN restaurant on Durand Rd. from 1967 until 1982 The corporation apparently folded. The restaurant was sold and renamed The Farm in 1983. Much of the original building (the red tile outer walls for example) is still intact. The original front entrance was made into a seating area, and a drive-thru was added. You still have to get a key and go outside to access the restrooms. I'll admit, The Farm still makes burgers just how RED BARN made 'em. YouTube has a few RED BARN TV ads from the 1970s.
