POST really dropped the ball when they allowed “Fortified Oat Flakes” to fail. There is nothing like them in flavor and texture. They are simply GOOD! I am surprised that such a great product would be discontinued. The fact that most everyone I speak to about POST “Fortified Oat Flacks”, they don’t know what I am talking about. This tells me that its not the product that failed, but the marketing was inadequate. The name “Fortified Oat Flakes” does not do the product justice. POST needs to assign the project of bringing this GREAT cereal back to the store shelves to someone in their Marketing Department. They might rename it to make it more appealing. Once it is tasted I can see the customer buying it repeatedly. I don’t think POST realized that their “Fortified Oat Flakes” were the best tasting in the world. I hate to see them experiment with new cereals and try to make a HIT cereal with mixed nuts and dried clumps of, “who know what” when the best tasting oat flakes are under their noses the whole time. BRING THEM BACK! PLEASE. Jeff W.
