I was born in 1952, & in the mid-60s lived in Gainesville, TX, (close to Denton) where Pomac was sold. I loved it, & have never forgotten it nor the taste; hence, that's why I did a search for it. In response to several comments: Yes, the 60s were the good 'ole days. Would love to have them back!
