I remember this cereal (and loved it) however, I used to eat a lot of cereal as a kid so maybe it was just me but, I remember eventually having a pink bowel movement (I am not making this up). I stopped eating that cereal after that and it went away immediately. Had no ill effects from it. I guess as long as you don't eat truckloads of it then it is o.k.
