Sadly, all good things come to an end. I also remember searching for these cookies as a 40 something year old, I still referred to them as ring cookies. On a dreary winter day here in Boston it would be awesome to have some of those butter cookies. It would put a smile on anyones face. I remember the pink package that they came in too. I would also do the ring thing and dunk them in milk. This is America, make a good product and we will buy it! Hey do like the girl scouts and make them during the holiday season if its to pricey to keep them in production! They were a special treat.
