Comments left:	Mothers Pride ( and Dad's root beer) were bottled by National Drinks in Gardena CA. Until the company was bought out by Dr. Pepper of Southern California. They gradually phased out Mothers Pride and replaced it with their own brand Orange Crush. DPSC was bought out by Coca Cola Enterprises in 1984. I never saw Mothers Pride bottled by any other company. I found this site looking for info on Mothers Pride on a whim from a memory. I was hired by National drinks/Dr. Pepper in 1976 as a Merchandiser/ delivery driver. That Mothers pride you drank was probably at one time or another delivered or stocked onto the shelf by me.
