my wife and i were talking about how the toys back in our day were so much more fun than today. they were made better and so much more interesting. my favorite was the mighty casey ride em railroad! i remember being starstruck just seeing it on christmas morning, all other toys under the tree may as well been sent back. we lived in a flat in the city back then, and it just about covered the whole place. when my son was younger about 2 years old i couldent wait to get him his first ride on train, it brought back all those memories of me and my casey. i often search the web in hopes of getting a glimps of one of those great toys of yesterday but so far nothing has come up. believe it or not a few years back we were at a train museum and they had a few of the original mighty casey railroads but it had a price tag of 750.00 each! i would have loved to grab one but yikes! oh well i still have the memories and those are priceless.
