McFeast was on a Kaiser Roll with a larger portion of mustard, pickles, fresh slivered onions, tomato, salt and pepper, mayo and lettuce with a quarter pound of meat. It was the best sandwich McDonalds ever made. The Kaiser was bigger diameter than a regular bun so the meat pattie was thinner and a larger diameter than a regular quarter pound pattie. Don't confuse this grest sandwich with a McDLT or QLT.
